Q: How do I know if the goods have been shipped out after the order is created?

A: You can check the delivery status of your order in the order details. The delivery information will be updated in real time. You can also check the logistics status of the order through the tracking number of the system.

 

Q: Can overseas warehouses ship products with batteries?

A: Yes, if it is a built-in battery product, only MSDS files need to be provided. External supporting batteries or pure batteries need to be packaged according to the packaging standards, and MSDS files, Pony test files, UN38.3 files, etc. may need to be provided. Please consult in advance when shipping.
